Position Objective:
Responsible for supporting the proper execution and monitoring of the
organization’s projects, ensuring effective coordination among the teams
involved, control of tasks, schedules, and deliverables, and compliance
with established deadlines. Acts as the operational liaison between the
Project Manager and internal teams, facilitating communication,
organization, and project documentation.
This role is key to maintaining visibility into project progress, tracking
requirements and tickets, identifying deviations in a timely manner, and
supporting the implementation of corrective actions, contributing to
efficient and well-organized project management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Continuously track tasks, milestones, and deliverables defined in the
project schedule. - Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, and
stakeholders. - Update and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and
progress reports. - Identify deviations in timelines, scope, or resources and report them
promptly to the COO. - Support the organization and documentation of meetings, including
minutes and follow-up on agreements. - Monitor compliance with established deadlines and priorities.
- Provide support in the management of tickets, incidents, and operational
requests related to projects. - Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
- Support risk identification and the implementation of corrective actions.

Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in:

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience leading teams.

Medical Underwriter
Position Summary:
Evaluate the medical risk of EVER® members through clinical and
technical analysis of medical information, in order to support accurate
policy underwriting, ensuring a balance between risk, profitability, and
regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical records, health questionnaires, clinical exams, and
complementary studies. - Assess medical risks for acceptance, exclusion, surcharge, or rejection of
insurance applications. - Issue medical underwriting opinions in accordance with internal policies
and technical guidelines. - Advise the underwriting department and other related areas on medical
and technical matters. - Validate declared diagnoses, medical history, and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and medical information
confidentiality regulations. - Participate in the updating of medical criteria and risk tables.
- Support the resolution of medical disputes related to underwriting.
- Prepare medical reports and required technical documentation.

Academic Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD) or Specialist Degree.

Management Reports and BI Analyst
Position Objective:
Supervise and control the company’s accounting processes, ensuring
timely and reliable recording of financial transactions, compliance with
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Ecuadorian legal
and tax regulations (SRI, IESS), contributing to sound managerial
decision-making and full tax compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting and Financial Functions:
- Supervise the daily accounting recording of all financial transactions.
- Review and validate bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Review and approve accounting adjustments, provisions, depreciation,
and amortization. - Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings.
- Review and analyze financial statements for management.
- Ensure proper application of internal accounting policies and IFRS.
- Verify the reasonableness of accounts receivable, accounts payable,

Position Objective:
